I find it interesting that the “green” movement has to take pot shots at fox to get a cheer.
It seems to me that while you are so busy making it “green”, you are losing more and more of your rights and freedom to do so by the party you support. This country was founded on biblical principles.. (that incidently teaches us how we should be more “green” and treat our land better if you’d read it)…principles that protect YOUR FREEDOM to make the country “green”, are being deliberately and methodically removed from our country. And if you had eyes to see and ears to hear, you would see how this is being done and how your org is being USED behind the guize of “lets go green” by the Left wingers. They are using your org as a smoke screen. They, meaning the left wingers that have a POLITICAL AGENDA to remove YOUR RIGHTS. They don’t REALLY care about anything but their over inflated government incomes. (I have the answer to this: Plictical figures both left and right should make the average joe’s income. Then we would have people in office that really want to do what’s good for the people. All those in it for the money, which is probably 90% will not be in office. That takes care of that problem and takes less money out of our pockets.)
Anyway…. Once the lefty’s have duped you into believing they are for your “green” cause, they will laugh in your faces when we become a socialist country where THEY won’t give a rats butt about your “green” cause. Oh but they will continue to use you for a smoke screen to be sure. And you are too BLIND to see it… Or maybe you just don’t care if we lose our freedom. You should, cuz that’s the only way you are going to truly help this nation consume and distribute in a healthy manner.
So before you diss fox, I suggest you really get the truth… cuz it WILL set you free. Right now… the way you place your cause in the hands of the lefty’s, is going to help cause us in this country to lose our rights. Rights that you enjoy right now to speak out about what we need to change in consumption and distribution. I know that isn’t your intention… but that IS the TRUTH cuz you are a huge org that give people warm fuzzies about how we can really make a difference. But the more you stand POLITICALLY left, the more you go against the fiber of the health and wellbeing of our country, therefore you are cutting your own throats along with the rest of us.
Think about one thing. If you are so open minded, why don’t you open your minds to the fact that maybe… just maybe you are wrong about whom you trust. Of course they are going to help you. You are a huge org and it “looks good” to be all health and planet conscious. Lefty’s want the same thing but not under the rule of wolves in sheep clothing.
I was very much liberal in my thinking, but I stopped taking pot shots and did the research on what was being said by the Righty’s. I am not saying all of them are on the level either. But for the most part they really are for the greater good and preserving what this country was built on… just not at our freedom’s expense because that’s what makes us the United States of America. Those that don’t like those freedoms should find themselves another country! To many have lost their lives fighting to give you the freedom to talk about your “green” beliefs. If you don’t start researching the TRUTH, you and all the rest of us will lose what we cherish. FREEDOM to LIVE.

What another devastating blow to the section on
extraction and limited supply. Namely, Peak Oil!
1) Government and Corporate Influence have largely suppressed (throttled) knowlege of the “Peaking of World Petroleum Production.”
2) In the main, the COMMON reaction to the facts of Peak Oil is DENIAL!
3) How I wish I could speak with someone connected with the magnificent production of this presentation. I have seen nothing even comparableanyhwere for honest, clear, pictures of the major problems with our very culture. Furthermore, this presents a comprehensive environmentalism EXCEPTING THE FINITE NATURE OF FOSSIL FUELS, petroleum and NG being the chief.

Tina, our country was actually founded on secular principles, not biblical ones, as you incorrectly claim. Sadly however, the “separation between church and state” is fast disappearing and the bible is existing in areas of the public and political arena where it should not.
Furthermore, Tina, you do not help further the conversation, let alone help find solutions to important issues, by continuing to polarize our country and dividing it up in to simple classifications of the political Left and Right. What’s worse is the connotation that Socialism is this evil idea. I challenge you to learn about other political theories, including socialism, and realize that some of the most prosperous nations in the modern world have a political structure or party in power that is some derivation of socialism. Spain, for example, identifies as a socialist democracy and they almost unarguable exceed the the USA in quality of living, GDP, provision of health care, and political stability. Read about Finland. How about Sweden?
Politics are ingrained in the current era but heaven forbid we put those affiliations aside, along with the religious ones, to acknowledge the fact that civilization as we know it is being threatened by civilization itself and that we need to, as ONE race of people, address this and solve this.
